Cook Out

Never been to a Cook-Out before Pros: LOVED that they have a hand-washing station right there next to the cash register/wait for your order area. Why don't more places do this?? This was the #1 impression I have of a cook-out. To me, this means something!! At least 40 different milkshake flavors, more if you start making combinations. Our server was patient with us and said we could have anything we wanted. Cons: Ordering process was really confusing. 4 boards of menu, kinda small print, and no idea how to read it properly without assistance. They forgot to include our fries and our milkshake so we had to go back and get both. Menu prices are current as of March 2023

We went to try out some Cook Out food. I don’t know what is wrong with their burgers??? The burger taste is weird… it doesn’t taste like a real burger, it tastes mushy.. like a mushy soggy Burger… but the fries was good and milk shakes are delicious and on point… go for the milk shakes and not the burger… Staff was very friendly. This location was clean.

This restaurant is terrible. We always order from here due to them being the only restaurant open at night.. It never fails, they can never get the orders right.. Last night we went through the drive thru and had another large order. They gave out several drinks but did not put them in drink trays. Fries and onion rings were the side choices but hush puppies were given. Ordered a chicken strip sandwich with bacon they didn’t but the lettuce, tomato and honey mustard on the sandwich.. It’s a repetitive thing with this restaurant.. One of the worst places in Florence..

My second review even though I have eaten there about a thousand times. We don't have Cook out around the area I moved from. I have always gotten the strawberry shake, but finally tried another flavor and it's delicious. Banana pudding. OMG. Then one day I had them do the first half strawberry and the second half banana pudding and it almost tastes like a banana split. It was delicious. And I have a love affair with the hamburgers. I ordered a plain cheeseburger with nothing but cheese, and it's the best fast food hamburger I have ever had.

Horrible food Both orders. Ate at the one in Conway and it was all 5 stars. No complaints. My burger was black burnt on one side 3 tiny VERY salty nasty chicken nuggets. The onion rings were good. No corn dogs. My Husbands..His burger was left on grill to long almost burnt...dry. cheese tots were so so. Tried you about 18 months ago. Food was not so good. We won't be back!! Wasted driving 30 mins to Florence.
