Cook Out

Considerably the food is still good food which is fine but the consistency of getting orders correct due to the rush of whomever on the headset. Key factor for fast food is correct orders. Fast food is basically worthless if the orders wrong. You have to occasionally slow down the order taking process to remind yourself that accuracy is the key element to customer satisfaction. The service and hospitality was good so with that said they get a 3 star for now.

Cookout is a great place to feed your hunger. They not only will fix anything to ur customization they encourage you to customize whatever is on their menu. They have the best milkshakes around, their blueberry cheesecake milkshake is the best thing since sliced bread! Keep up the awesome work you guys do!

I don't need Chick-fil-A, I have these people. I swear somebody's praying over my food. Nicest folks! Bathrooms are clean, and all the food was hot and fresh. We have been here several times, if you're looking for frou frou, go somewhere else. But if you're looking for a place to sit down and just enjoy a burger and some fries and a heck of a shake, this is your jam. Thank you for feeding us. We always enjoy it!

My family had the wonderful opportunity today to try their food . (Kids idea) well it was for sure a kid pleaser and a happy Mama! The foods was exactly what we ordered, and Hot and fresh! And needless toasty say when we sat and ate not a word was spoken other then a ohh that was hot ! Or mmmhmmm that’s yummy ! Our server cashier was very pleasant , quick , helpful and very polite ! Wonderful customer service !! The kitchen staff was reliable quick and efficient and well kept ! Honestly not one complaint could I make as the atmosphere was calm even during a busy hr. Things moved swiftly and efficiently ! And the staff was well educated and worked as a team . Me and my family will definitely be stopping in again for a good burger and sides for sure !👍

I'm not sure why it took me so long to try Cook Out, but my daughter and I stopped by last night and we liked it. The drive thru was long but moved quickly. The spicy chicken sandwich and onion rings were good. My daughter tried the chicken nuggets and fries and she liked it, especially the fries. There's a variety to choose from on the menu and milkshake flavors galore! We'll be back!
