UPDATE UPDATE Cookout headquarters I’m assuming is who fixed my problem when I called but I have since been back and this is my 3rd time still same problem with my food they once again replaced it but this is just getting to be crazy to me. Barley any chicken and no sauce and what I’m assuming was the manger cut me off while I was talking and was rude honestly added the 2 updated photos 12/11/25 I love cookout the price and the food you can’t beat it. Today I went through got my reg they wasn’t really busy only 2 other cars in line I could understand if they was busy and rushing but got my quesadilla bit into it and just tasted the tortilla so I opened it up and it was barley any chicken in it so I took it back they got it right but was barley any quesadilla sauce in it so made it dry. B

The service provided is prompt and courteous, and the food I have received has been satisfactory. It is possible that the quality could be enhanced if the environment were less hurried. All of my orders have been accurate. The food appears to be of a higher quality when ordered during the early morning hours, specifically between 12 AM and 3 AM. Additionally, the prices are quite reasonable.

Me and my fiancée went to cookout to get dinner it was around 9:10 to 9:15 and we saw a another car go through the drive through so we thought hey let’s get food me and him got to it and there was only one lane open we waited for someone to answer and my fiancée saw a worker in the window infront of us looking at us and we waited some more and all and all we about wait for 5 to 10 minutes and when we pulled up to the window to see if we can order something no body was there so we waited a couple more minutes till the lights cut off and we drove around to the front and nothing nobody stop us just gotten to the cars so we stop at Taco Bell all and all I’m pretty disappointed in the worker that saw us and done nothing in letting us know that they closed early today. Pls do better

I believe this is the worst Cookout that we’ve ever been to! Depending on wht time you arrive depends on how ur service will be! Most of the cashiers are decently friendly. The cashiers can NEVER HEAR ur order and always has to be repeated. The chicken quesadillas come with chipotle sauce (that’s about the only thing I can eat as I have Alpha Gal Syndrome) but every time I’ve either gotten just chicken and cheese or there’s just a little bit on there and can barely even taste it. I even told the cashier to make sure they put some on there, and she did tell the cooks!!! This time there wasn’t any chipotle sauce on either of the quesadillas when I sent my husband to ask them for some they said it wld be $1.07!!!!! WHY???? It’s supposed to be on there already!! So I go and show them there is

I tried them again got Chicken quesadilla this is how much chicken there was also got 4 Fry's just 4 in my hot dog tray do not go there they are terrible and don't care
