Cook Out

Went through the drive-through tonight on the outer one and while I was ordering, I was told to hang on at least 2 to 3 times and not so polite. I asked the girl if she would repeat my order because ordering was so sporadic and scattered. She didn’t get it right so I told her white cheddar bites instead of fries. What we had ordered was a double hamburger add cheese, lettuce, mayonnaise, mustard, pickle and onion. And a side of half-and-half on the tray with a strawberry shake. Then the other one was a BLT plate no mayonnaise add onion with bites and quesadillas. No sauce. With cheese wine float. Last was a walking taco and a cheerwine float. Got a spicy chicken sandwich and it's so burnt hard and old I can't eat this!! I spent 50.00 in here and expecting the food to be good, plates barely had 5 fries on them, cheese bites was to hard, cold and old to eat. I live to far to go back now. This is ridiculous for the price I paid. The food used to be so good is don't know what happened but needs to be fixed I can see a lot of newly bad reviews....not everyone can run these businesses and it's showing now

Got my order wrong COMPLETELY (chicken nuggets and plain fries…come on! do i look like a 5 year old?). It’s a slow Tuesday night and I just wanted the right order.

Doing like everyone else. Going up in price and down in quality. Used to be good food for a decent price but since the price went up the food quality went down. Onion rings were raw batter. Burger bread was mushed to pieces and peach cobbler milkshake had no cobbler. Guy at the window was rude. This place is a dump now

The restaurant wasn't crowded yet most of the tables were dirty. The music was too loud, forcing people to shout just to be heard. Very noisy atmosphere. The cashier was too busy talking to boys to take orders in a timely manner. I ordered double cheese bites, and this is what I got. Wasn't a very pleasant experience.
