Cook Out

Designed to be the worst traffic jam known to man. Imagine giving a 2 year old the creative control over the flow of traffic for the drive through then lower your expectations further.

It's your college-area cookout. Of course you'll get a decent size of food for a good price. Not healthy for sure and you can take care of yourself if you want to, so it's not fine dining but it does beat your average fast food experience. Unfortunately you can't sit in at this location it's drive in only and you might get the wrong sides or just not get some toppings. It's a good experience in the way that 2.5 stars is average and 3 is more than 2.5. You can do better, but when it's late there's very few places to go, and no other place if you want milkshakes exclusively. The white cheddar cheese bites are a must try too, it should be one of your 2 sides.

Food was great. For our first time eating here it Seemed like I was rushed in Drive thru to place my order when I needed time to look and see what they had and what might appeal to me. Other than that, it was good.

The cashier taking my order was incredibly rude, saying I GOT IT NO ONIONS ADD TOMATO…guess what my burger had …ONIONS! I wouldn’t have made the complaint if he wasn’t taking all of his anger out on my order, or if they got it right, but since neither happened, here is a complaint. There was also bacon on it which I didn’t want, and could have clarified had he listened instead of having a tantrum. The name on the receipt is Xavier.

Sometimes I’m just in the mood for some cheap & pretty good/decent food & cookout never disappoints. You get what you pay for and a little more. You’re not paying for a five star meal so that’s not what you’re going to get but what they do give you is alright food with great portions, at a cheap price. Can’t beat it. Today the line was pretty quick and it wasn’t busy (around 3:30). There was a little confusion with our order but it was resolved quickly and smoothly & they gave us extra sauce with our food to make up for it which was appreciated. The food came out hot and our order was correct in the end. It was perfectly decent as we wanted and expected. Also, the banana pudding shake was delicious as always… Thanks!
