I’m local and I like to support local business however every single time I order a flurry (and this time I ordered and paid for extra) there is hardly ANY candy in the ice cream. It’s sprinkled on top and looks great but after eating about 6 bites you are digging for more candy and never find anything substantial. I understand toppings are expensive but when you pay for extra at least make an attempt. No other complaints but I wouldn’t recommend a flurry.

Great service! Even when the line is super long, they have your ice cream out in minutes! Very polite, and great to stop by on the way home. They have a drive though and a walk up window, along with a few picnic benches to sit down and enjoy. They have hudsonville icecreams, softserve dole treats, and even dinner items. Very yummy!

Don’t come when they are busy. They rush. First she dropped my change which to me isn’t a big deal. I waited a while to get my malt and I got it with the lid half off and the ice cream not even mixed. It was so thick I couldn’t drink it until I was basically liquid. Other than that the ice cream is typically very good.

I’m not one to usually leave reviews as I am 22 and usually mind my own business, but I am appalled by the rudeness and lack of customer service coming from these young teenage girls. Took my order like I just ruined their whole day. Short, rushed, and straight to the point when I’m the only person in line. Slamming the door in my boyfriend’s face before he even gets the chance to politely thank them. SO rude. If you hate your job then quit.

They have changed the price of a sundae on us so many times. We just got charged separately for whipped cream, separately for a cherry and separately for nuts to go on our blueberry sundae. So since when have sundaes had individual prices for everything? any sundae we have bought is one set price for a sundae. Their standards have dropped 👎👎
