This is a local small business, which is why we chose to try it. They do close earlier than many full service restaurants. Hours: Thursday11 AM–7:30 PM Friday 11 AM–7:30 PM Saturday11 AM–7:30 PM Sunday 11 AM–6:30 PM Monday 11 AM–7:30 PM Tuesday 11 AM–7:30 PM Wednesday Closed We were greeted right away when we walked in. We sat at a table near the door, inside. It looked like they had more seating down a hallway, but I didn't go down there to see. They also had an enclosed patio with tables. They had some daily specials posted on a sign when you walk in and many choices of Mexican food in their menu, like burritos, fajitas, and tacos. Our server was very friendly and quick. We received a bowl of fresh corn tortilla chips and some salsa. We ordered and the food didn't take long. It was good,

My wife and I love in Prescott and we always make the journey for this gem in Cottonwood. Authentic mexican food in our area is lacking. Always have great service. The portions and food are worth the drive and the staff is always amazing and prompt. Worth the drive!

This place is fantastic! It was my first meal after getting off a 5 hour flight, and it sure did hit the spot. I've had authentic Mexican food many times, and this was definitely authentic. I had a Carnitas Chimichanga, which was roasted pork inside a fried burrito with rice, beans , sour cream, and avocado on the side. Everything paired well together and I left not a morsel of food on the plate. They also gave me chips and salsa, and you could tell that both were home made. The chips were perfectly crispy, and the salsa was so fresh tasting, with a very slight kick. The customer service was fantastic. The staff greeted me immediately with warm smiles. I felt like I was treated like a regular, and it was my first time. The waiter took my order quickly and accurately, and the food came out

This place is a not so hidden gem! Our waiter was Jose. His energy is contagious! She was excited for us about everything we ordered! The jalapeño margaritas were the best we’ve ever had! And the tacos!! Don’t get me started! I ordered four different ones and every one of them was amazing! Big portions. Nice quiet place. Especially after a hike! The prices was a great break from everything in Sedona. I live in the valley and I’m actually wanting to make another trip up just to visit this place!

My wife and I make the trip from Prescott often to go to this gem. Prices are great and portions are better. The family atmosphere there is beyond what you find in most places today. The service and food makes the drive worth it compared to what is available locally for us. Recommend for anyone living locally or driving through.
