Compass Coffee

Always our go to after a morning session at the gym. Their coffee and match green tea lattes are delicious. There is always an awesome vibe there with plenty of patrons. We've managed to find a table each time so we can enjoy the atmosphere and chatter. Their breakfast munchies are delicious. Sometimes just a little slow on their service. But everyone who works there have always been super helpful and friendly.

Awesome coffee shop for hanging out, grabbing a quick to-go or working on schoolwork/work etc. love the vibe, they’ve designed it well! Barista was very friendly & made THE most perfect cardamom latte. Highly recommend!

Beautiful new Compass Coffee location in Washougal! Lots of seating, open cafe and high ceilings with natural light. Coffee & matcha are incredible as always and they baristas are amazing! Banana pudding matcha 🤤

The new Compass Coffee location in downtown Washougal is solid, reliable/consistent coffee with a nice atmosphere. Plenty of seating but it can still fill up and get long lines during peak hours. Overall, the highlight is definitely the baristas—they’re amazing, friendly, and make the experience better every time. They are always extremely helpful, come for the coffee but stay for the baristas.

I love a good, local coffee shop. The Washougal location of Compass Coffee has been open a couple of months now (after transitioning from Washougal Coffee Company) and is consistently busy (often with a veeeerry long line) and it feels as though there aren't enough people on staff at any given time. 2 people is considered when it's not slammed, but it seems like 3 people are needed most of the time, given how busy they are. I've noticed a few times now that the owners(? managers?) will cut the entire line, place a huuuuge order to be made priority, not pay *or tip* their staff, and then just hang out in the shop. I'm not sure why they would do that? ...Aren't paying customers the priority? It has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Additionally, when it was still WCC, my partner and I could
