Comfort Inn Bolivar

We just left the Comfort Inn and have great things to say about our stay! Sierra at the front desk couldn't possibly have been nicer or more helpful. I had made a mistake in the booking online and she graciously resolved it for us. Our room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was even better than expected. Everyone that works there is delightful. This was a terrific experience. Thank you!

The property itself was clean and well-maintained. However, the listing advertised that a pool was available. Upon arrival at check-in, my daughter was informed that there was no pool on the premises. She inquired about the discrepancy between the advertisement and the actual amenities but did not receive a response from the staff member assisting her. This lack of clarification was disappointing and misleading.

My stay was nice. Your motel is a moderate level hotel. Your staff is amazing. Very nice. The cleaning staff was wonderful. Your amenities were just fine, the soap, the shampoo, etc were fine. The towels were clean. Thank you for that. The beds were clean and the pillows comfortable. However, your rooms need some simple upkeep. New paint in the bathrooms would help greatly. Change the menu of your breakfast every day. It was nice, but by day 3 the food was boring. The fruit was fresh and nice.

Positive: Great crew. Hotel employee checked us in and she made us feel very welcome. The Breakfast was also far above average. The room was comfortable, clean and at a very reasonable price. Negative: The furniture and bed are pretty tired....it seems it is time to do a restoration on this particular room.

The Night clerk was so lovely! She was present, wonderful greetings. She was always cleaning, it smell so good every night. My room was also very clean and comfortable. Great stay!
