Super friendly staff. Dock workers know what's up. Highly motivated and customer focused. Hard to find these qualities elswhere but certainly in abundance here. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Polite drivers leave with smiles.

Truckers, scale out first before heading to shipping docks. Go to shipping docks, get loaded and scale out again. As of December 2017, my experience was positive. Courteous people at the office and in the warehouse. Loaded and ready to leave within 30 minutes. Regarding an earlier review about children and forklifts in the warehouse – children are not allowed in the warehouse. Even drivers are NOT allowed in the warehouse.

Loaded in about 30 minutes, 43500 lbs of product!! People friendly. VERY impressed with the dock workers' load distribution skills. 33.4k on both tandem sets, no rescales or tandem/fifth wheel adjustments needed. Great job!!

great shipping and office staff . Very helpful & polite. Their last shipping hrs were 2:30pm , got there at 3 but they still loaded me.
