Collingdale Public Library

This is one of the most important places in the entire borough. Stop by and leave a donation if you believe in local community, childrens' right to free safe places for their imaginations, and support for people trying to stay connected and/or better their economic conditions.

Everyone is very friendly. They go overboard to help you print out documents on your mobile phone, or on their computers. The clerks help you find books. If you never had a library card, you can sign up for a free card. I would highly recommend this library.

I don't know how this library is for children's events or anything else, but what I need most in a library is computer use, and quiet. I went today, a computer was available, and I was assisted in printing, but there was no support whatsoever in keeping the woman seated next to me from talking (loudly) on her cellphone. I had to ask her myself, and she began picking a fight with me. The staffer even said, "It doesn't bother me..." Terrible. I did walk out with what I had wanted to print, and two Robyn Carr paperbacks I purchased for only 25 cents each. But, I'm not likely to go back, which is unfortunate because it's on a convenient route for me. What's most ironic is they have a huge poster at the front door which lists over 40 things you aren't allowed to do in the library. Yappin' on a

what a nice place as far as libraries go of course you do have to get in there before school lets out. the staff is always smiling and friendly and willing and able to help no parking though you have to use the street

Excellent Service. Was shocked they were opened. Would call as I did before just going. Currently No one can use computers. Had to send info to library email in order to have paperwork printed out that I needed. They are following CDC Regulations.
