Coles Cakes NY

I sent her a few pictures a sketch and she made the cake exactly what I envisioned. I was even able to have her tweak the recipe to be less sweet and a portion of the cake to cater to my guests allergies. Everyone loved the cake and we were happy to have leftovers.

It’s never easy to find bakers who will make beautiful cakes gluten free. Our cake was not only beautiful and exactly what I wanted, it was so delicious! Everyone loved it!

Shout out to Nicole for making such a beautiful cake, with a quick turnaround. I was really in a bind and she came through in the clutch! She was super responsive and very accommodating to the not so normal design request. Thank you so much Nicole, your work is exceptional.
