Cold Stone Creamery

Went into the store and was welcomed immediately. I love the positive attitude the workers had and the atmosphere they created because of said attitude. I didn’t catch the sweethearts name that served me and my grandkids (but I know she had a ponytail and was taller) was great with my kids and directed her attention towards them instead of just asking me. I appreciate the young lady for treating them like the customers they are. Overall a great addition to our night and just wanted the staff to get the recognition for it. Keep doing great and making happy customers :) .

The second worker was amazing and she was so sweet but the worker named ruben was so rude taking my order. She was giving dirty looks and didnt say a word to me the entire time. Im very dissapointed coming here considering i used to come here all the time and it was great. Ive never had problems with any of the workers but this experience wasnt in my books for the night.

Staff are super nice, great location and parking. Would definitely go back to try more flavors.

My friend and I came here tonight and they were open and we noticed to workers in the back when we first walked in no workers came and helped us we sat in the cold stone for 20min waiting and no workers came and helped us so we left and e noticed the two workers messing around not caring and not helping us! I’m super disappointed in this we only went tonight because I was going. Through some stuff and though maybe some good cold stone ice cream would help but no it ruined my whole night!

When I entered the creamery, the employee named Rubin was so sweet and kind, she made my day, and she didn’t give me any attitude nor snarky comments like the others workers have done in the past, I just wanted to come on here and say she’s the most kind human being and she has good work ethic, she was calm and collected thru all the orders and I think she deserves a raise. 10/10 would recommend the apple pie ice cream that’s so good.
