Cold Stone Creamery

Ordered an ice cream cake and although it was very good we noticed the cake didn’t match what we expected and what was shown online. 2 ways of error. 1. The website says “2 layers” on both the petite cake and the largest rectangle cake. The picture for the petite cake shows what I would call 2 layers; Cake, ice cream, cake, ice cream, frosting. The rectangle cake we got was cake, ice cream, frosting. 2. We did not receive/get to choose a mid layer that is supposed to be some kind of sauce from the website. I say this to kind of warn someone in the future. Ensure you ask/request it look like the website. Not sure if the cake maker was rushing or if the cakes are intended to only be one layer of cake, one layer of ice cream = 2 layers.

OMG! You already know Coldstones ordered on Doordash is my go-to for fresh ice cream and the portions are great for the price along with the variety of flavors and the add-ons to choose from are phenomenal. I love the Mix & Go Create Your Own Creation™. I have gotten very creative. Ohh, you know I will definitely be ordering from Coldstones again!

In line the employee female named BELL ignores me the customer and instead waits on her friend just talking it up! and im left waiting to order. Wow my favorite location. Have never been treated like this before. Wow shameful and cant even believe this. Hire better guys! Customer service is everything.

Staff is always amazing. Been here since a kid. Ice cream is amazing as always. Gotten a couple custom birthday cakes made here and turned out awesome

This is a great cold stone. They do an excellent job mixing toppings and incorporating a plethora of them. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because the customer service could be a bit better. They always just seem exhausted.
