Cold Stone Creamery

Came with my wife to get Cake Batter ice cream and it was very wrong. Flavorless, icy, and not creamy. It's our favorite flavor so we both immediately noticed it was off. We paid $22 for mediocre ice cream that wasn't even the right flavor.

I placed an online order for five ice creams, but unfortunately there were multiple issues with the order. One item was supposed to include the Devil’s Food Cake mix-in, but it was not added and was given separately after I was told it had been forgotten. The waffle cone I ordered was also broken when I opened the bag, which required me to walk back to the store to have it fixed. After returning to work and getting ready to hand the ice cream out to my coworkers, I realized that one item was missing completely, which meant I had to drive back to the store again. What made the experience more disappointing was that when I returned to address the problems, there was no acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience. I understand that mistakes can happen, but having several errors in one

I love their cakes but I definitely would write on it yourself… looks like my toddler did it. Oh and spelling could be improved. Lol

This Cold Stones stays packed!! Lines were long, but hey, its ice cream. Flavors were delicious. Staff was friendly. Kids cone: Butter Pecan with Reeces Kids cone: Mint with Oreos

Crowded but the ladies worked fast to get everyone their treats. Shakes, shaved ice, smoothies, ice cream & more was on the menu. The smoothie was overly sweet! The shake was delish & the best options the the Reese’s ice cream In waffle cone. Service was ok. We asked a couple time for water and they never brought our cup.
