Absolutely loved this location! 🍦 The selection of ice cream is fantastic, with plenty of flavors to choose from, but the real standouts are their Signature Creations. The "Cheesecake Fantasy" was next-level good, rich and creamy cheesecake ice cream topped with fresh blueberries and strawberries, all balanced perfectly by a spot-on graham cracker crust. Every bite tasted fresh and indulgent without being too heavy. On top of that, the service was fast and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re an ice cream lover (or a cheesecake fan), this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back! 😋

Went for dessert after my lunch at Bonchon next door. The counter staff gave me my 10% off after I showed my Bonchon receipt. Nice! The ice cream was delicious. Nice and creamy with the toppings blended into the ice cream and sprinkled on top. Looked and tasted delish. Great way to end a lunch outing.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the unprofessional service I received at the Webster, TX Cold Stone Creamery franchise. My recent experience demonstrated an unfathomable disregard for customer service, a complete lack of empathy, and an inability to take accountability for mistakes. I have been a loyal Cold Stone customer for years, consistently ordering ice cream cakes without issue. Before the Webster location opened, I frequently drove 35 minutes to Pearland, TX, to pick up cakes. Even after that long drive, the cakes remained frozen solid and were of excellent craftsmanship and top-tier quality. Ice cream tastes good. I ordered the chocolate devotion. Didn't know we had to be specific that we wanted the waffles. Customer service is non existent. Very rude people.

i frequent this location because it’s the closest cold stone to me, and usually, i have no issues. however, today, when i arrived at the counter to pick up my online order, the person working walked over with a sample spoon in her mouth and then proceeded to throw it out. granted, it was just a sample spoon, but it was unprofessional and unhygienic. on top of that, i requested to have bananas mixed into my ice cream, but there were none.
