I visited tonight with my MIL and we were helped by Reese. Reese’s name tag read that she was in training- she was PHENOMENAL! Extremely welcoming, kind, patient, and willing to go the extra mile. She made the experience quite wonderful and I highly encourage others to go visit her if they want their day made! Great job Reese, any employer would be so incredibly lucky to have you!

3 employees in the building and only one helping the line of customers out the door. Customers are NOT a priority here. The one helping is fantastic but the others are prioritizing sweeping and singing over assisting customers. Completely unacceptable lack of urgency and empathy. This place needs a leader…

I love to treat myself with my custom ice cream from cold stone. I always end up getting the same one everytime. My favorite is called The Pie Who Loved Me. Its cheesecake ice cream with chocolate syrup, graham cracker and oreos. Yum yum. Its been a special place for me to take my daughter for something sweet or to celebrate. she loves the coffee ice cream plain.... plain. What kid wants coffee plain... shes uniqur for sure lol. Its thats good and worth checking out. Treat Yourself!

Man every time I come in or order out from here, they always buggin messin up something. Wouldn't recommend the one in wasilla

Ordered a custom birthday cake. When I received it, it had been decorated very poorly. The lettering was messy and slanted to one side, chocolate shavings loose in the tray, and the frosting was not smoothed out. I ordered the cake a week in advance and it looked like it had been thrown together 30 minutes before pickup. I didn't serve the cake. I went to the store and bought an entirely different ice cream cake.
