Cold Stone Creamery

I absolutely love coming to Cold Stone Creamery for ice cream! They make all their ice cream fresh in-house every day, and when you order, they prepare it right in front of you. Since everything is made to order, it can take a minute or so for each order, but that's totally okay because you get to watch them make it right before your eyes. It's fun to create your own custom concoction—just pick your base flavor, and they'll mix in whatever toppings you want. I always enjoy getting a fresh-made waffle cone loaded up with some delicious chocolate ice cream with various toppings mixed in. They also make amazing ice cream cakes if you're looking for something special. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. If you're not sure what combinations work well together, just ask—they're great

We ordered multiple days in advance for a birthday cake delivered - ordered via the coldstone website directly. Day of, a milkshake arrived… they blamed it on a new employee giving the wrong order. Zero solutions offered, just call back 4 days later to request a refund. Had to leave the birthday party to go to a coldstone and get another cake that didn’t have the message written on it. Bummer for the 6 year old whose birthday it was. Also, I had to call back 3 times for the refund….

Walked in and there was a line we were all waiting until an employee finally came from the back wearing headphones and extremely long nails while making ice cream cups with no gloves on. My ice cream sucked it wasn’t mixed properly at all and the presentation was lacking due to the ice cream on side of the cup. Maybe the experience sucked because the staff looks young not sure but I won’t be returning.

We were at the store and we went to this stablishment and we're charged the wrong size of the cake and when we try to return it we were told by a nice young lady said she is not able to proceed with the refund. They took the recipe took a picture of it and sent it to her supervisor and she will process the refund. So we didn't have the cake nor the refund

Horrible place!!! I came in to buy 2 ice cream cups. When we got to the car there was a big piece of hair in our ice cream. It was the hair of one of the employees who did our order. We came back in to get a refund and they told us the manager well refund it on her computer. We asked for a receipt and the girl said the manager was going to print it. WE WAITED 15MINS for a receipt. I kept asking how much longer. I got tired of waiting so I told her to call her manager to the front SHE SAID SHE NOT HERE I was like then where she at she said she can see from the camera and her computer!!!! EXCUSE ME ?!?! So there was no management present I asked her so it's all employee she said yes THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I told her to keep calling her manager because this is wrong. Her manager wasn't pic
