Cold Stone Creamery

I have had the pleasure of enjoying Cold Stone’s ice cream countless times over more than the past 15 years and never have I been so disappointed as I was on January 6th!! The store was dirty, the individual who seemed to be in charge was rude and inconsiderate. I mentioned that their lighting on their name was not on and it was difficult to find the store. He simply said “ I’ll let corporate know. “ Absolutely didn’t care about the experience or customer satisfaction! There was another person that served us our ice cream. He was younger, I think Gordon, and tried to do a good job.

The Service: Only 1 staff on duty who needs to take order & prepare the order. So the service is quite slow The Ice cream: Good quality ice cream. A little bit pricey for the portion. The Parking: Plaza parking lot (free)

Came today to get the Ours create your own ice cream. Customer service was excellent. It was my first time buying it so I was being helped by Ana. She was nice and very helpful.

This Cold Stone on Google Maps is shown at the wrong location. It appears on Google Maps at Hawthorne and Del Amo shopping center near the Walmart. In reality it is at Hawthorne and Artesia. It would probably greatly enhance its business if it could get google to have the accurate location. Apple Maps shows the correct location

Great place great ice cream phenomenal I wouldn’t go anywhere else even if it was half the price
