Cold Stone Creamery

Now, ColdStone is normally delicious. But in South Orange today, ordered ice cream. Normal, right? I ordered a mixed, strawberry and vanilla, with the holiday sprinkles and caramel drizzle. When I got the ice cream, it was more milkshake than ice cream, there was no caramel drizzle, and there was only vanilla ice cream in there. Please do better in your services. Cold Stone Creamery is the bomb dot com! Seriously, their ice cream is out of this world. The way they mix in all those delicious toppings on that cold stone is pure magic. Every bite is like a party in your mouth! Not to mention, the staff is always so friendly and fun. They really know how to make your ice cream experience unforgettable. The atmosphere in their stores is so chill and inviting, it's the perfect spot to hang out with friends or treat yourself to a sweet treat. If you're looking for a unique and tasty ice cream experience, Cold Stone Creamery is the place to be. Trust me, once you try their ice cream, you'll be hooked for life!

They don’t event acknowledge you upon arrival. One woman was extremely rude and standoffish and refused to take my order/inquire if I needed anything! Definitely won’t patronize this location ever again.

$12 ice cream taco. 1/4 filled. I've gotten from other cold stones and it's 2-3x bigger than here. Avoid rip off

On hot summer days this place gets packed. The crew cannot keep up and nor can the air conditioner. I ordered three ice items and by the time the third was handed to me the first was already a puddle. Also the small size is rather large as they fill it up way past the top, making the kiddie cup the size I wish I ordered.
