Ice cream was fabulous as usual. When i got there i stated i was there to pick up an order i placed thru the app. Idk if she misunderstood & thought i was picking up for doordash but rhe girl that packaged it produced a bag then proceeded to seal it almost completely shut with tamper evident stickers which was kinda overkill in my opinion. But I noticed she hadnt gone over to grab the waffle bowl that was part of the order, when I asked about it she chkd the receipt and went to grab it. Along with the other half of the order that apparently hadnt made it into the 1st bag. She wasnt rude but wasnt exactly friendly either. Not sure if it was an off kinda night but having worked customer service myself, a "sorry I almost sent you out the door with only half of what you ordered" woulda been no

The guy at the counter was incredibly rude!! He kept trying to convince us to spend more money and get bigger sizes after repeatedly telling him no.And then when I asked for a small, he gave me a medium and charged me for a medium.I did not realize until we were already out.The door and of course he didn't give us or offer us our received.So I couldn't even go back and complain. I was quite disappointed by the overall cleanliness of the place. The staff was courteous but had no clue how to make and mix various ingredients. They need formal training to be more efficient. The floor and other surfaces were actually dirty. The staff was handling the ice cream and other eatables without gloves.

We came to celebrate!! My daughter won their softball division tourney tonight and had to get a celebration ice cream after! Amazing ice cream and an amazing season! Sioux Falls Youth Slow Pitch Softball is a great organization! The girls did great! Oh yeah - these spectacular ice cream dishes are the Cookie Doughn’t You Want Some! Oh so delicious!! The cookie dough is chopped up and you get a good amount throughout. Balanced and makes your taste buds sing!!

We absolutely love ColdStone and this store did a fabulous job of keeping a long line moving! Service was friendly, and the store was relatively clean for the busy pace that was happening. Thanks for a great experience and the best dairy free ice cream ever!!!
