My girls and I love Coldstone and this location never disappoints. Ice cream is always amazing and the service is top tier. I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and it exceeded expectations. The only issue was that I wish I got two! Eric was patient and helped us create a custom cake with all my daughters favorites. Thank you so much Eric!

We’ve had enough of Italian ices and gelatos—it was such a refreshing change to enjoy real, creamy ice cream at Cold Stone! The best part? Every batch of ice cream is made fresh on-site daily. The customer service was outstanding—the owner was so patient and kind, making sure our three kids got exactly the ice cream creations they dreamed of. This place isn’t just a treat—it’s an absolute MUST!

I ordered 2 love it sized items for delivery , when they delivered I found they had filled two kids sized cups and put them in the like it cups to make it look like they filled a larger cup when they did not give me at all what I paid for which was two of the love it size . EDIT : the owner reached out to me directly and was very kind and helpful , correcting the issue . Great customer service

My family and I had Cold Stone for the first time tonight and I'm so glad I signed up for the rewards, because we will DEFINITELY be regulars! Online ordering and pickup was a breeze, the ice cream was delicious, and a great price. I can't wait to try ALL the flavors.

We ordered an ice cream cake to be delivered for a birthday, and somewhere along the line, an issue occurred to where it couldn't be delivered the standard way - but that didn't stop one of the owners from going above and beyond by driving and delivering our cake himself! Included were even a few extra treats, making it all the better. It truly made our day, and the cake was delicious on top of it all! 10/10 store and service, the best I've experienced.
