Cold Stone Creamery

Ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday. It was amazing! Couldn't believe the detail that was put into it considering how big it was and what we added to it. Oddly enough a picture of the cake wasn't taken. It was enjoyed though!

Went into the Otsego location. They were out of a lot of options. Freezer was almost empty, Also was told she couldn’t make a smoothie due to being out of ice for the night.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The two high-school ladies behind the counter were nasty to us, we weren't met with a friendly welcome, nor a friendly face, these girls looked at us like we were roaches in New York. We left without getting anything because of the disrespect from this establishment. Customer service was very unprofessional.

Came here last Sunday (10/2) and was shocked at the service my friend and I had received. There were 3 young workers, no older than 16 with no manager in sight. It took one employee nearly 25 minutes to make our orders. The other two employees (one male and one female) that were there upon us walking in disappeared & came back 15 minutes later saying something along the lines of, “oh people are here”, after they were peeking around the corner. The people behind us were then cared for by the male employee (1 out of 2) who had to constantly repeat their order to him. Eventually, the other employee (female) checked us out and the original employee who had helped us out disappeared to the back. This is what I received from the Otsego, Minnesota Cold stone Creamery. I had the absolute worst service from employees that clearly didn’t care about my experience. They were rude and snarky when I asked for lids since I had to drive four ice creams home. They were making rude comments back and forth to each other about how they disliked each other. They gave me rude looks for asking for a bag to put my four ice creams in. They handed me this ice cream with the lid not even on. I had even asked if the lid was on and they said “no, it won’t fit” and walked away. They then argued with each other about how the one employee filled it up too much instead of helping THE PAYING CUSTOMER with resolving the issue.
