Cold Stone Creamery

It is the best of all the cold stones in the buffalo area and around western New York. It is the only one I've seen around here that uses points towards free stuff, which I thought was cool. The employees are mostly young kids in high school or college. They are nice and competent. Another thing I like is that their cookie dough fixings are actual cookies and not chips like the cold stone in Hamburg or Sonic in Cheektowaga. They play a lot of greatest hits, including Journey, which is tolerable. The area is really nice. Orchard Park is a lovely place! One of the better areas in Western New York.

This is one of my FAVORITE places. Something about their ice cream leaves the flavors lingering in your mind - long after you’re gone. Haven’t been in years, as I try to eat healthy 90% of the time. But, IF you are going to have a treat or “cheat day” this is the place to go. Usually I get the COFFEE LOVERS ONLY specialty (LOVE IT!) This time, I veered off the path & went for MINT MINT CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE CHIP. It didn’t disappoint! 🏅🏆

Updating my review. Still love the ice cream with my mixed in ingredients. The parlor looks much better now with the fresh paint and updates!

First time ordering for there try chocolate peanut butter Ice cream was not bad it was very good every bite I took I can taste peanut butter , made mistake try there small milk shake was full after bowl ice cream but there milk shakes just way i like them not thick very thin felt full after big ice cream and small milk shake it was worth it to try out I enjoyed.,

I had an amazing experience with the staff that was on 11-24-24 at 6:00pm! Chloe B. was the one cashing me out. Her and the team that night handled a HUGE rush and some nasty customers with professionalism and speed! Extremely impressed with how they handled themselves! The ice cream was of course delicious! I will absolutely be back!
