Staff was very helpful and accommodating. I placed an order for a custom ice-cream cake and was meant to pick it up, unfortunately there was an accident at the store that day so they had to close early, and I wasn't able to pick up the cake. They ended up having it delivered to the recipient for me at no extra charge which I was very grateful for.

NEVER answers their phone and their open hours are not true to time. have driven 30 mins twice to be met with a closed store both at (130pm & 143pm) change your hours to accurate ones.

Steve was great, very friendly! The shake was amazing so was the brownie a la cold stone. Highly recommend visiting!

The store was clean and the menu was big enough to read. There are a lot of options, including dairy free ones. There is a lot of seating inside. That being said, there was only one person working there and he wasn't that friendly. Also I don't know if you can consider it to be ice cream when it doesn't even have the same texture. I got the dough for it and didn't enjoy the flavor. The ice cream had a weird taste to it and they added green sugar flakes for some reason. I won't be going back.

This cold stone and creamery is THE worst ever … the person behind the counter didn’t have any idea on what he was doing … he couldn’t even make a ice cream cone or a chocolate peanut butter shake and didn’t speak a word of English … if you wanna go somewhere for a good laugh go here but if you want a good ice cream experience DO NOT GO HERE !!!
