I don't know how you can mess up a birthday cake remix but one of the female employees working Saturday night (2/28) managed to. She made it lazily, did not mix the ingredients, and then put it on the counter with an attitude. There was ice cream spilling out of the bowl, to make things worse! It was definitely an experience to make me not want to come back and to leave a one star review. Seeing that there are numerous bad reviews about this one female employee (not the dark haired one), who works at night, making customers' have poor experiences when all we want is our favorite ice cream, I don't think management cares enough about community experience. How do you make someone have a bad experience over ICE CREAM?!?!

Drove 25 minutes to come here with My husband & purchased 2 ice cream waffle cones & was disappointed. I paid $21.83 & requested 2 scoops of ice cream & they were tiny scoops with barely any fruits added. Didn't even do Justice to fill in the waffle cone at this price. Wouldn't return to this location. Rather get a Blizzard from Dairy Queen for the same price & you atleast get full from an entire full cup!!

We had such good time today first time trying this location, Carlos was super knowledgeable explaining the size and flavors y Rachel was really helpful when I told her about my peanut allergy !!! I’ll definitely will keep coming back !!!! Thank you guys
