Cold Stone Creamery

I ordered 4 cups online for pick up. All 4 were made wrong. I tried calling multiple times and they refused to answer the phone. The peanut butter cup was made with vanilla instead of chocolate and the birthday cake remix was made with sweet cream instead of the cake batter. The portions were VASTLY different for each cup and they were all the largest size. Absolute rip off, someone better refund me.

Rude blonde behind the counter. Could use a more professional staff instead of cheaping out and hiring high schoolers. Store makes plenty of money. I refuse to return here as an uber driver.

I usually love Cold Stone, but it’s been a long time since I’ve had their ice cream. The weather was really hot, so the wife and I thought it’d be the perfect time to have some ice cream. I ordered the Coffee Lovers Only ice cream. It had already melted by the time the staff handed it to me. Too bad, because other than the melted ice cream, the Heath Bar and almonds pieces tasted really good. Other customers were complaining once they got their ice cream, and the staff replied that their machine was broken. I wish they would have mentioned that before I ordered my ice cream

Worst customer service ever. Only 2 employees working, one of them with curly hair moving like a snail. No care for the customers especially the guy with curly hair there are people waiting in line and he’s eating ice cream while making online orders. This location needs to have faster employees.

Thank you to Mike W. for creating the most fun experience I've ever had ordering at a Cold Stone (and for dealing with my mother's indecisiveness with patience and grace :p) We came in pretty late at night to try the new chocolate malt flavor. My mom and I struck up a conversation with Mike and ended up trying a few more flavors, and Mike took it upon himself to make some pretty phenomenal custom creations. Mango puree and French vanilla is a heavenly combination and definitely going to become a regular order. Best customer service I've ever had!!
