The worse Cold Stone. This place is filthy! They don’t clean the workstation. Melted ice cream were everywhere. They scraped clean a small spot on the granite to mix the ingredients for my creation but could barely mix them well together. Served ice cream had different flavors mixed in it that I didn’t ask for. Their tools must not have been clean either. So gross! The ice cream did not taste fresh. I’m glad there’s a much better Cold Stone closer to home. They charged $4 for this kids scoop that was barely a taste size. My little one finished in two bites. When asked about the extra charges, the staffs response was that everyone charges extra these days?!!! $40 for the 4 of us and stomach feeling so sick afterwards. Will not be coming back.

We usually come to this location and they have great service. Today they didn’t have my online order ready even though I called the day before to confirm it. Also very sloppy service when he finished making my order. Disappointed

I had one of the Reese's ice cream treats, and it was pretty good but too sweet and I couldn't finish the small size. The menu is confusing. Also quite expensive. I had a gift card but not sure I'd want to go back. But you'll like it if you like candy and lots of mix-ins in your ice cream, and aren't picky about high-quality/"real" ingredients in the ice cream itself.

My favorite Cold Stone! Every single employee that works there not only treats/greets me like family; but they know my exact order of icecream + how to make/how I want it by heart! Always smiling faces, no matter what as well! Thanks for the continuous amazing service, always, guys!

If you find yourself in Madison place mall on John R, stop at this coldstone for a delicious treat! The best part, the staff are just as impressive as their vast selection of flavors. Thank you Harris for being so helpful, patient, friendly and super kind!
