Cold Stone Creamery

Service was quick and attentive. Ice cream and toppings were fresh and delicious. The only thing that was disappointing was the lack of bathroom to wash up the kids after their ice cream eating session 🫠

After brunch in Lodi and some shopping we stopped in the Cold Stone Creamery ice cream shop. The ice cream is very creamy and you can add on toppings. Only complaint is that I wanted HOT fudge on my and received cold hot fudge. Not the same. Bathrooms were semi clean and NO tissue available! The young man that served us was professional and polite.

Went in there at 10:03 PM Friday night, apparently they close @ 10:00 PM & the lady that was in there was very rude. Totally understand if they are closed but the way she went about things was no professional at all.

This location has been really great and I could see that it will always be like this. Unfortunately, I noticed a strand of hair in one of my recent orders and this could have been prevented if the staff wore hair nets.
