Had a good experience here mid-day on Sunday in February when they aren't very busy. Staff was friendly and attentive. Work station looked to be kept pretty clean. Would come to this location again. Not sure if the bad reviews are when it's very busy and maybe the service the breaks down but when there was only two other customers when I visited it seemed the service was good.

My husband and I have been coming here for years the workers are usually so pleasant and attentive. Went in Monday we come in and got our usual order the the girl was so rude. The name on the receipt says Mia D. Passive aggressive didn’t smile and had attitude, felt rushed didn’t seem she wanted to help us. Second bad experience with this worker. Retraining in customer service is needed significantly. One bad person can ruin an experience.

In my 8 years of coming here I’ve never had a bad experience until today. I’m all for engaging with your coworkers and making your day go by smoothly, but when you have a customer directly in front of you and you blatantly look at that customer and continue to have a conversation with your coworkers laughing and googling for an entire minute before acknowledging your customer then that’s a bit rude. You then proceed to be rude throughout the entire interaction of serving your customer so much so you’re giving your customer change back from cash and you have all the coins fall on the floor because you have an attitude serving said customer. Matthew Y needs a lot of retraining on customer engagement and satisfaction because this entire interaction was definitely not it!

Visited on 8/21 and Sarah was amazing! Great customer service & ensured our order was correct. & She made my waffle bowl fresh.

Expensive and the menu prices aren't updated so it's actually a dollar more when you pay. Oh, and the taste is mid.
