The team working at 1800 hrs tonight, 2/15, was absolutely phenomenal . It was so refreshing to see smiles, jokes and good customer service, especially when it’s a busy evening on a Sunday. I told them i wanted to leave Cold Stone with diabetes and I think I did. The chocolate truffle ice cream was phenomenal. Thank you guys for taking such good care of us when I needed an after tournament pick me up.
My son and I went into the Lacey location and he had never had cold stone shockingly. I decided to make my own creation. Cake batter ice cream, pecans, Carmel, and cookie dough. He got a peanut butter option in the yummy sprinkle waffle bowl. The girl that helped me was super sweet and asked me about our day and made our ice cream just as yummy as ever! We were very pleased.
Had an excellent time today at the ice cream shop! Sophia was amazing and made some delicious treats. Our family appreciates your kind service!
I was distracted going back in for the cone that wasnt with my order I didn't realize that none of the sizes were right. It wasn't busy and I tipped $5 on a pickup. Disappointed.
I ordered two Like it sized creations and was offended at the size of each. Definitely not worth the $30 I paid. Will NEVER go to Cold Stone Creamery again.
