I haven’t been to a Coldstone in ages. The two girls working this night were so sweet and friendly. They still have the classic mixes and flavors if you want to go off the menu with combinations. Definitely will have to come here more often.

Use to be good 4 years ago. Now the new staff is very rude 😒. When a business establishment employees start to think they are doing a favor to the customers it doesn't feel right. a true smile goes a mile away. We always tip heavily and there is no simple thank you. Its sad to see how far this icecream shop has come to have no customer service left. Employees dont wear gloves when preparing the icecream or wash their hands. We still love the icecream from here. But I think they could do better with their customer service. Hopefully we will see a change 🙏

I visited Cold Stone creamy today after a very long day, hoping to treat myself to some delicious ice cream. From the moment we walked into the store, we were greeted with warm smiles by the staff members, instantly making us feel right at home. Their genuine happiness and welcoming attitude gave off the vibe that we were more than just customers – it felt like we were among friends. The staff's friendliness truly added to the overall experience, making our visit to Cold Stone Ice Cream a memorable and delightful one. The ice cream were so delicious. I highly recommend stopping at this Cold Stone location if you’re in the area.

Came here for birthday cakes & I got a couple truffles today. They were very nice people. I've gotten ice cream here & a cake in the past & it's always delicious. If we weren't so far away, we'd be regulars ☺️

Part of the chain. Serves ice cream, chocolates etc. Few tables to sit at. Ice cream cakes can be bought and ordered here. Parking is free.
