I came in as a doordasher, waited for the couple in front of me, the employee then walked to the customers behind me, I had to stop and say hey I got a doordash. he stated he had to help the customers after me first. I asked why, wouldn't give me a straight answer, only that he would help others first, also I didn't have a big order, very small. so am I not a customer? my customer sure is, it was pathetic. he was going to have me wait another 5-10 mins, unacceptable.

Had a birthday coupon and decided to order a cake the day before. Selected the delivery option. The day of the delivery order was cancelled because they didn’t have a driver. I understand stuff happens. But there was advance notice to make the cake and coordinate the delivery. Just really disappointed in the planning. I couldn’t get out to the store because the roads were bad. Only reason this is 1 star instead of 0 is they did make it right with a refund.

Second year in a row coming in with a birthday coupon for $5.00 emailed to me that states I just need to give my phone number to the rep assisting me (she was great, I get it's not her fault in the slightest that my account doesn't display the credit) where they are unable to pull it up. My phone number matches, my email matches. Annoying. Won't be trying again that's for sure.

Love the ice cream cakes for birthdays. Employees are always friendly! Update: Here a year later to pick up a last minute bday cake! Still great!

So, no quality issues with the food on this one. However, the help is very much giving "my first job." The highschool girl at the register started off our interaction by scolding me for "lining up" in the wrong spot (this is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location). There is no visable signage, and I have been told different things by different people working. Some say it starts at the register and some say it starts at the case. There is no organization, and they try to make it the customer's problem. Then, after that sour moment, her next food is "what do I want" - as though I am there to pickup my wellfare check... How about, "how can I help you." instead... with a smile. Instead of being nasty, try being nice to your customers. Moreover, if you think serving ice cream is
