Cold Stone Creamery

I visited the Dulles Cold Stone Creamery location and ordered my favorite flavor (Berry, Berry, Berry Good) in the Like It size. I was served by Isaiah who was new there. He was very polite and professional while handling my order. The serving size was the perfect amount for me and tasty as always. I will definitely be back to try more flavors. 😊

They close early. 9:45. It's ice cream not a hot grill to clean up for 1 single scoop of ice cream. Not toppings...as I wrote this review there are still other employees inside.

Monday July 21 at ~3:40 PM. If I could give my experience ZERO STARS, I would. We entered the store in anticipation of trying the ice cream taco. We're informed they're sold out....but ice cream, sprinkles, and a waffle iron are all visible. Note: We were the only customers in the store for the entire experience. No offer was made to make one. We requested ice cream in a cone. We were informed there are no cones; because night shift makes the cones and they had a busy weekend. We requested mint chocolate chip in a cup and was told there are not chocolate chips. As business owners ourselves, we understand being out of items, supplies. What we don't understand is the lack of effort to accommodate customers in spite of. There is always an opportunity to ensure a customers needs are met.

My husband ordered Pistachio flavor ice cream here and it literally had zero flavor and taste. My kids had birthday cake and I had strawberry. Taste was ok.

Visited cold Stone Dulles location. The ice cream tasted stale which made it unpleasant. Service was very slow despite the shop being half-empty. I’ve enjoyed Cream Stone before, but this experience was disappointing. Hope they can improve quality and service.
