Cold Stone Creamery

They don’t follow the simplest DoorDash request. I just wanted the waffle taco, and indicated that if the item was not available to cancel the entire order. Instead I got what you see pictured. No sprinkles like the taco would have had. I feel like I wasted my money.

I just think it is overpriced for the lack of flavor. I have had better ice cream at smaller joints at half the price. Just an opinion so dont let my review deter you.

Recently, I have been to Cold stone, Dublin, OH location and tried Chocolate devotion, it’s so delicious and addictive. They have other great flavors to try. Also found an interesting section in this location - Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory cookies, chocolates and caramel flavored apples. We tried Apple Pie Apple and Cheese Cake Apple, they are super yummy and my kid loved it. We would visit again to try more.

Recently visited this place and liked the nice ambiance. The variety and choice of flavors on offer was good and tasty. The staff were friendly. The prices were reasonable considering the quality of the ice cream and the portion sizes. The parlor was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable seating options. Overaall this ice cream parlor is a good visit. Will try again!

I’ve been here twice recently with family. Both times it was a little warm inside no matter how many or few people were there. The sitting area feels pretty old and the lighting inside makes it seem less cheery. The employees were pleasant and made our orders well. It was always a little busy but they greeted us when they could. When looking at the cakes and cupcakes, some items looked very old. The cupcakes in particular looked liked they were re-frozen, because the icing was quite messy in one. Overall, it’s an okay place for ice cream, especially if you like having extra toppings or sauces added.
