Cold Stone Creamery

I ordered a chocolate and raspberry sorbet ice cream. When the lady put them on the stone, the got melted quickly. I did enjoy it at all! Blue Bell and Hägeens-Dazs all the way!!!

I visited this location on August 17, 2024 at about 6:40 pm. I ordered a strawberry ice cream in a cone with strawberries as a topping and the non dairy chocolate with the founders favorite as a topping mix. So, after walking in the store smelled like it was mopped with old mop water. I should have know then that I should have turned around but I was with my kid and they were super pumped about getting ice cream . The Caucasian older teenage or young 20 year oldish girl served us and she had the snarkiest attitude. She rolled her eyes when we walked in and when my kid addressed her she rolled them again but took my kids order. She never made eye contact with my kid. She seemed just very annoyed with having to serve us. Our ice cream was served to us dang near melted and soupy. I did not t

It was my birthday and my little cousin asked my aunt to take me to this place and give me a little surprise because my day was not going as planned. I was greeted by a person by the name is Sumesha, and then to tap it off I’m also Jamaican as I found out she was. I felt right at home, she made that hard day I had disappear ☺️. The restaurant on a whole was a very family friendly place too. The other staff seem very nice and welcoming. I will definitely recommend especially to all my friends and family back home 🏠. Went here last Saturday around 3pm and was served by a really nice guy named Jaden. He got my order perfectly and was kind enough to show me how to use my rewards as well. Definitely coming back here :)

Had the most pleasant experience with Jayla. She was friendly, courteous, and so nice and accommodating. She had a smile on her face the entire time and she was a pleasure to deal with. She made our night. Thank you Jayla!!! Keep smiling.
