Cold Stone Creamery

I had a phenomenal experience at Cold Stone thanks to Sienna! She was very friendly and enthusiastic while helping me decide which ice cream flavor to choose! She recommended I try the berry velvety (their new Valentine’s Day flavor), safe to say I enjoyed that delicious combination of red velvet and chocolate! She was very sweet and patient.

The good thing about a chain is the perceived consistency of the product. Cold stone is no different. The flavors are always spot on, the difference you see is the experience with whcih the specialist mixes in the toppings. Nothing to write home or cry wolf about, but you can see those who are experienced and those who are new. The creamery visit yesterday was nice, the gentleman was polite and mixed it in quite well- points for that.😀 Overall,.it was a good visit..

Good luck getting what you ordered. Ordered lucky charms and got a sad scoop with a few lucky charms sprinkled on top. Had to actually ask them to include the lucky charms too.

Glad they’re open. We love cold stone. The staff is nice. Wish they weren’t stingy on mix-ins. They also don’t use real Oreos which is sad. When asked they said they do but they clearly don’t. Cost cutters. It doesn’t taste or look like the real Oreos. It’s false advertising.

This location is very nice. Always clean and friendly. The guy that takes our order is always so nice and even remembers our order.
