The ice cream is always rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. I love how customizable everything is — watching them mix your favorite toppings right into the ice cream on the frozen stone makes it feel extra special every time. There are so many creative combinations to choose from, or you can build your own masterpiece!

I usually never leave reviews on google but ordered Cold Stone tonight for my family as a little treat and to keep cool during the weather today, ordered through the app for the first time and got an email about new workers and the rush that usually happens around this time, which I understand, when myself and my brother arrived to the store we walked inside and waited patiently for some help, a young girl came over and asked if we were there for a door dash, I said no and started to try and explain that we were there for an online pickup, she rudely cut me off and raised her voice saying "okay what's the name?" I was a bit taken back but brushed it off, I understand getting mad, she grabbed our ice cream and shakes in a rush and dropped them on the counter, didn't say anything and then wa

The staff here are wonderful very friendly and amazing to our family they were very patient with us I have never been here and my husband hasn't been here for over 20 years !! Celebrating his birthday I really appreciate these guys thank you for this lovely ice cream!!!!!

Tonight was sweet, and that means Cold Stone Creamery, service was slow but worth the wait as the lines were long, online ordering was high, and the process of making each order is tedious, ice cream needed to be frozen colder as it was runny by the time it was mixed and served, lots of choices for ice cream (which is made fresh daily) as well even more choices for mix-in, online ordering is available for pick up and skipping the lines, orders online ready in about 20 minutes, personal observation is prices online appear more expensive versus in person, no taste samples due to Covid as well as no eating in, all staff are wearing masks with contact less delivery of orders in shop. Will definitely be coming back when the need for sweet treats is needed!

We went to cold stone Friday night 1/2. A young woman with ginger hair helped us and she was amazing! So polite and went above and beyond!
