Cooper was absolutely fantastic—her customer service was top-tier and she was so patient and kind while my daughter carefully (and dramatically 😂) decided on her ice cream flavors and toppings for her perfect sweet treat. No rush, no pressure—just pure kindness and great energy! The shop itself was super clean, bright, and stocked with tons of delicious ice cream varieties… which definitely explains my daughter’s extreme indecisiveness 😋🍨 We had such a wonderful visit and I highly recommend this location. Thank you, Cooper, for making our stop extra special—we’ll definitely be back! 💕🍦

I stopped by the new Cold Stone Creamery in Annapolis and had a great experience! I got the coffee ice cream, which was rich, smooth, and delicious—exactly what I was hoping for. The staff was super friendly and inviting, making the whole visit really enjoyable. Plus, the location is super convenient, whether you're running errands or just out for a treat. Definitely a sweet addition to the area!

The staff is very kind and the ice cream is great, but holy hell I wasn't prepared to pay nearly $20 for two small cups of ice cream. Definitely won't be going back, that just isn't worth it to me.

My wife and I had a great time at opening night! Jacob provided excellent, expedient, and professional service, with a smile that never left his face. We will definitely be returning again.
