Whether you’re in the mood for something classic or want to create your own unique flavor, you can’t go wrong. The service is fast, and even when it’s busy, the employees keep things moving smoothly. Definitely a go-to spot for amazing ice cream!

I've only been here twice but it's clean and really good! The servers are also really nice. If you're getting ice cream in October though, don't get the black ice cream. It's yummy! It tastes like birthday cake ice cream. HOWEVER there is so much food coloring it's bound to make sensitive stomachs upset and my poop was dyed blue for a week. 🤣

It seems like they are always busy when we go but I understand why.... Love all the choices. And Samantha was absolutely amazing. I love that you can get any selection in pint, half gallon and gallon size. It's the best choice for ice cream in Jacksonville 1-25-24 Ally was amazing 3-20-25 8:30pm

Cold stone is not good they always have a messy environment the prices change 24/7 on the same orders. If you want a cleaner place go to viva gelato they are clean, don’t scoop with there hands with people see at cold stone sometimes. Viva gelato they actually clean properly, the girls that work are super friendly and sweet I’ve had a great experience and everyone else has. Compare the reviews here to viva gelato, viva gelato has so much better reviews and offer non dairy and gluten in different flavors for the kids and Adults that are. Viva gelato is a much more non expensive as cold stone and actually can be decent humans the costumer service is absolutely amazing. COLD STONE CROSS CONTAMINATES THE ICE CREAN AND THERE IS PAPER IS THE ICE CREAM

Julie took amazing care of us on my girls' first ever visit. I have not been to a Cold Stone in years, and it's just as delicious as I remember. Julie was quick with our orders, very personable, and it was very easy to make our selections. I had a mix of lemon and raspberry sorbet, and my girls had the signature creations Oreo Overload, Chocolate Devotion (with silk chocolate almond milk) and Birthday remix. And now they want to come back for each of their birthdays. Thank you!!!
