Coffey House

We had a wonderful time at The Coffey House. The hosts, Bob and Sara, made us feel right at home. The house itself is lovingly restored and full of historic charm. We were delighted by the tour of the house Bob gave not just us but also our relatives who live in Choteau. There's even a history of the house and the town thoughtfully provided in the rooms.||The charming hosts accommodated our every need. Sara prepared delicious breakfasts for us, and we enjoyed delightful conversations with Bob and Sara. We slept well in a comfortable bed with lots of great pillows. All in all, The Coffey House is the best place to stay when you visit Choteau.

I stayed here for one night between Yellowstone and Glacier, but could easily have stayed several days. I booked direct and the pictures don’t do the upstairs George Room justice. The house is historic and has been redone beautifully. Hosts were so kind and enjoyable and the cooked breakfast was a delight. This is a b&b in the best sense of the tradition.

Bob and Sara were very welcoming hosts. Beautifully decorated house. Very comfortable. Had delicious breakfasts both days we were there.

Leaving the Coffey house today after a pleasant weekend. Enjoyed meeting our hosts Bob and Sara and both sets of guests at breakfast each morning over fresh local scrambled eggs and bacon. Our room was comfortable and very clean. I would recommend bringing a water bottle as no cups are provided in the room. Not lots of space for suitcases and toiletries, so pack light. Choteau is a neat little town to visit and check out cute local shops (though most are closed on Sunday).

Hit a deer on our way to East Glacier while driving through Choteau and ended up staying here unexpectedly. Utterly delightful and historic space, run by the warmest and kindest people. Adorable dog as well. My young daughter loved it here. Beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast, the perfect launching point for northern Montana adventures at Bob Marshall, Glacier National Park, etc.
