We are just passing through on our way back to Gulf Shores, AL area and found this little gem. The atmosphere is perfect, the food is amazing good. Do not pass this place up. We will be returning every time we pass through going and coming fro the Race. Everyone here was very nice and made you feel as if you have been coming here for years. They even gave my wife the “pretty” mug as the waitress called it. Do your self a favor and stop in. Door says open Monday - Friday 5am to 2 pm each day.

I have come to this diner 4 times, and I’ve only had one good experience. The first time me and my friends came in and sat down and ate. The food was very good and the waitress was sweet. The three other times I’ve come in I’ve placed pick up orders. Honestly, it feels like because I’m not sitting down and tipping them they dont give good customer service to pick up orders. Everytime I come in to pick up my order the cashier looks miserable and like I’m bothering her. I understand having a long day, but when it’s every time I come in, that’s not okay. Last week I asked for my total over the phone, and she straight up said I don’t know you’ll have to find out when you come in. I’ve only seen good customer service given to the people who were dining in or knew the owner personally. It’s just

This place is a hidden gem! Simple home cooking at its best. I tried both the hamburger and the fried catfish—absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is charming, and the staff are as friendly and down-home as it gets. Great food for the price, and well worth the stop. It does get busy around noon, so plan ahead if you’re coming for lunch. I’ll definitely be back!

First time to eat there. Food was cooked to order, served hot. Food was good. We had the catfish filet with fries and grilled cabbage. Waitress was nice. They serve a variety of veggies so may get the veggie plate next.

My husband and I love this place! It’s the best hamburger steak I have ever had and fantastic down home cooking!All the food is delicious! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! Everyone is so friendly and so welcoming. The daily specials are delicious. You can taste the love they put in the food. The only down side is they are only open for dinner on Friday nights and closed on weekends when we have more time to go eat there!
