Alfonso is amazing!! He now has done 2 set ups for me. One at my coffee shop and one for my mobile unit. He always answers the call or calls back as soon as he can. Always thorough with his answers and makes great recommendations as to what equipment I might need for what I’m trying to do. His work is very good and on time. He stands behind his work and he truly takes care of his customers. I am forever a loyal customer.

I had a really great experience with Alfonso. He was fast and efficient. Showed up on time and did major repairs on my espresso machine quite quickly. He also installed a water filter for me all at a very reasonable price. I plan to use him more in the future highly recommend.

BEWARE!!! I had the same experience as the person who posted 2 weeks ago I called on Monday because the Google reviews were great, so I decided to give this company a chance. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. Communication was poor from the start. The person who assisted me barely spoke English, and while I tried to be respectful and patient, it made everything harder than it needed to be. I kept asking when he could come out. I didn’t get a clear answer until he called me on Tuesday, telling me he would come on Thursday. Even then, I repeatedly asked for a time and kept getting vague responses. The morning of the appointment, he finally said he would arrive “in the afternoon.” I canceled my appointments and cleared my schedule, just to be available. I waited ov
