Coffee Corral

Only a short 5 mile bike ride on the beautiful Withlacoochee State Trail southbound from Wallace Brooks Park. Bicycle parking was conveniently placed out front. Staff is very friendly and place was very clean with a lot of Southern charm and hospitality. The Nicaraguan pour over and warm carrot cake hit the spot. Tons of coffee and tea options including matcha. Not sure what I get when I fill up the punchcard, but imma find out because I’m coming back! Oh yeah, they served my pour over in an actual mug (huge bonus points) and it was not over or under extracted!

I’ve been a regular since they opened and for good reason! I have enjoyed seeing all the new additions And always look forward to what’s next. Great spot for coffee, protein smoothies, pastries, ice cream and all the creations amongst them! Not your average coffee shop! They also sell products from local businesses so it’s a great stop for a quick gift. All of the staff including the owners are friendly and welcoming. The baristas always make me a great (local) honey latte! They do have a ton of other flavors, too. My kids enjoy going and choosing from their selection of ice cream. My favorites are iced lattes, pistachio croissant, perk me up smoothie (espresso), overnight oats, and their ice cream choices are great for an affogato, too. Try their spring menu! Love getting to come to Pudgees for some of the staple food items! I always bring my family when they come to town too. But absolutely loving the Coffee Corral ! Super great service from the girls every time and the coffee really gets me through the day. On level 10! 😃 Thank you all for bringing this addition to Floral City!

This place IS SOOO CUTE & CLEAN! We ate at Pudgees too and it was divine!! The coffee flight was so cute but perfect to taste test with a friend what we liked the most! I highly recommend the Caramel Brulee Latte. It is topped with waffle cones broken up and the latte tasted like a buttery waffle cone! So good! The vibes here are so cute and rustic-y. This establishment was also very clean and not cluttered feeling at all. My friend really liked her cinnamon bun iced latte too! We loved this place and I'll Definitely be back for dinner & a latte! Alyse is amazing and makes the best coffee thusfar!!!

Clean and inviting. Good location. Great service. Food is good. Trying a chai here, I’m a chai snob. Looks like great place to meet up with friends.
