Cocos grits and more

I came here to try breakfast, and the experience was disappointing from the start. They were out of several items from bacon to fish and the staff showed no sympathy or acknowledgment about the shortages. The energy was low, we weren’t greeted properly, and the customer service was terrible. The worst part was waiting 55 minutes for two small bowls (one shrimp, one sausage). The girl taking out order never apologized or made any effort to provide good customer service despite the long wait and missing items. I drove 30 minutes to get here, and unfortunately, I can say I won’t be returning. The wait time and the attitude from the employee taking orders were unacceptable.

This place is horrible, bad service, they don’t pick up the phone when you call. So you have to go in and place an order that takes 35 minutes to come out. Then it’s in a club. The workers work like they aggravated, and overall it is not professional. I wouldn’t recommend this spot at all. I don’t even do reviews but they deserve it.
