Coco's Chicken and Waffles

Pros: The chicken was good, it's not wings but boneless strips but they are crunchy and seasoned well. The music and ambience are nice. The waffles were fairly good. I had the classic buttermilk, there are about 5 or 6 different flavors but I didn't want to be adventurous at a new place. What needs improvement:1. The waitresses should wear some sort of uniform, when I arrived I didn't know they were waitresses, I thought they were patrons. 2. There was no bartender available but there is a full bar, the only type of drink I could get was a shot or a shot with soda or juice (I was there for happy hour). 3. The waitress couldn't describe how the food on the menu tasted (there are only 3 options on the menu, every staff member should be able to give opinions and recommendations). 4. The cu

A waste of time money, and business space. Someone close this place down please Can i drop this down to 0? I used my cheat day and hard earned money to go to this place that looked so good on ubereats after deciding I was going to just drive up there to avoid wasting my time and money, but somehow ended up still doing exactly that. When I walked in I was greeted shortly, and asked for a takeout menu. The server pointed out. Then I ordered the southern fried chicken tenders and fries. It took an hour to make 6 bland chicken tenders and my order did not come with fries. When I said something the server responded, oh you ordered off the wrong menu. Which still didn't make sense, and then prompted that she would honor the old menu if I wait what would seem like another 2 days for the fries.

The food looked good and tasted good. I got the cinnamon toast crunch with southern fried chicken. I was having an okay time until the next day I decided to check the balance on my card and found out the waitress took out 4$ without permission. 4 dollars isn't that much but why take money out off of someone's card without their permission, that's just completely unprofessional.. I wrote this review to inform you guys not to use your card when eating here.

Didn't try the food but went for happy hour. Good drink specials, great service. Very friendly staff. I'll be back to try the chicken and waffles! Chrissy the bartender and Rell the chef were awesome!

Service was terrible and prices are high. I love their chicken tenders and honestly may pop back for an order, but everything else wasn't all that great. I joined a waiting friend and wasn't asked if I wanted anything to drink. The server was slow to come out and then ended up yelling from behind the bar 10 mins after getting to our table asking if I wanted a drink. The menu was unlaminated printer paper on a clipboard. The food's prices aren't warranted by the service, portions or quality. I had a Groupon and honestly I'm happy I did, because if I would have paid full price for that experience I would have probably been a little more upset.
