I was delighted with the food! Delicious!

We ordered the Ranchero Steak & Shrimp, Gorditas and two kids tacos meals by phone. The first time we called, we were placed on hold for over 15 minutes and after assuming we were forgotten about we hung up. I called again a few minutes later, someone else answered and I asked if they were too busy for pick up orders right now and explained the previous call. I was asked who I talked to which I said "I dont know" and she started laughing saying "it was probably Julie". After she stopped laughing and collected herself, she said sorry and took my order. The food itself was okay. I was supposed to get a side salad and avocado slices with my meal as listed on the menu and didnt recieve it.
