huge sign saying pick 2 salsa or pico and they give out only one and try to charge for the second. Kyla was rude as hell as well but based off of these reviews I'm unsurprised since clearly management doesn't care. Cleanliness and allergies don't matter to anyone cooking at all

I might be generous with the rating It was 8-9 pm or something, and it just seemed like the staff was 'trying' not to deceive the customer by listening to them and not look like they wanted to go home. I was trying to act nice and smiling but it didn't do much. The food was alright, too cheesy in my opinion, not enough meat for a quesadilla. It took too long as well for an order that was very a simple and there wasn't many people as well, maybe like 3 or 4 ? All of this for $11 ? Yeah I don't think I'm coming back again ...

Charges $2 for tin foil for a single burrito. Employees speak very quietly behind thick glass so it's very difficult to hear them. Frequently out of ingredients.

Let’s just say there’s a reason there’s NEVER a line at Cobrizo! The food is always disappointing either missing a ingredient or the dish is burnt. I would rather go off campus and waste my own money on food than order from Cobrizo! They can’t even make a decent quesadilla they just send it to cheese town!

I have been here 4 times total in the 3 years I’ve attended NAU. The first time, I had little issue, but the food was pretty greasy and the staff seemed to not have the highest standards of cleanliness, nor did they seem to understand dietary restrictions. The last three times, I’ve gotten a scorcho quesadilla and a burrito. No issue with the burrito, but the scorcho always takes an incredible amount of time as I feel the burrito readily getting cold. On top of that, the scorcho I order first is either ignored or given to someone else, usually a starship, and I end up having to order again at the register. This last time, I specifically ordered with light cheese, watched my quesadilla with light cheese get placed on the grill, completed, and put in a starship. I was then given a regular on
