This place is a true gem! Sarah and Noah took great care of us from start to finish. They were delightful and attentive. This was our third visit and every time we have appreciated the chef's fresh takes on a dinner menu. The beef and mac n cheese with chimichurri and slaw was off the hook! The espresso martini's and old fashions hit the mark. And who knew we loved Schnitzel with white mushroom gravy so much?! Just get the strawberry rhubarb crisp for dessert. We appreciate you Cob + Cork!

Food: Ordered the stromboli and brussel sprouts as an appetizer. Stromboli was a surprising stud of the evening. Just because my S.O. and I did not know what it was, and was pleasantly surprised with the taste. The portion was nice. Brussels sprouts were a pretty standard affair but had a spicy mayo twist that was not offensive. Entrees were the fried chicken that was given a "pretty good" with a shrug rating, but the biscuit that came with the honey butter was talked about multiple times. I had the Jager schnitzel for my entree. Slightly over fried but wasn't a deal breaker. Mashed potatoes and the carrots were on par. Dessert was the double dark chocolate cake with some ice cream. Again, well made but just a little above average. Service was a bit slow but there didn't seem to be lots o

Nice atmosphere and in a nice area. But our server was very rude and the food was way over priced for what we got. I had the salmon and it was advertised to have roasted vegetables and I had only two tiny sad wilted root vegetables. 80 percent of the dish was then rice. My friend got the crab cakes and they were advertised as a main dish in the seafood and she only got three tiny crab cakes with no side. The only saving grace as far as food goes was the flourless chocolate cake which was very good.

We have been meaning to go here so we finally did. There were many things on the menu we wanted to try. We decided to go with the chefs 3 course special which was great. I got the soup and salmon. Zero complaints here. Very well presented. We also got the ahi as an appetizer. The sear could have been less but it was still quite good. The only thing I didn’t like was the crust on the cheesecake and that’s only because I do not like coconut. It was a strawberry coloda cheesecake. The flavors were there. I just left the crust. 😜 I’d definitely recommend this place and we’ll be back for another round.

I recently had dinner at Cobb & Cork. What a nice little place on the way to Chuckanut Dr. We tried several items off the happy hour menu before having dinner. The food was fabulous! Great atmosphere and great service. A huge thank you to our wonderful server “Lauren” she was absolutely exceptional!! The best service ever. We will definitely go again.
