Clyde's of Clarksville

We hosted my mom’s 70th birthday celebration at Clyde’s of Clarksville, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Jerri was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. After many thoughtful conversations while coordinating the event, it truly felt like we became friends. She even came in on her day off to greet us and give us hugs, a kindness that spoke volumes about her care and professionalism. The evening itself was equally impressive. James, our dedicated server, was polished and attentive, ensuring the night flowed effortlessly. This was my Husband and my first time dining at Clyde's. Today is my Husband's birthday and all of his familiar favorites were closed. My search for a local Clarksville restaurant offering a ribeye steak led me right to Clyde's. I thought I had hit the jackpot-close to home, 14oz ribeye steak on their website menu with great reviews, and somewhere new to try. I had read mixed reviews, but for the most part, the reviews on the ribeye were positive. I reserved a table on their website (very user friendly), marked that it was for my husband's birthday (because sometimes they'll mention it when dining, to make it more personalized), they didn't (which is fine, of course, and I'm not sure if the restaurant staff sees that or not, but would've been a nice touch-no biggie, just some feedback).

Food wasn't bad at all, just wasn't overly spectacular. I'm pretty strict about handing out 4 or 5 stars when it comes to food. I think we would definitely go back to try something else. Where they lacked on flavor, their service was top notch! Very friendly and attentive. Jocelyn was awesome 😎 We love the astetics of the place! If you haven't been, go. If it's been awhile, go again! I had a delicious lunch yesterday at Clyde’s. My salad was fresh and flavorful, but the service was the standout. Our server, Jen, was incredibly efficient, respectful, professional, and extremely friendly. Her amazing attitude made for a very nice experience. Thank you again, Jen! We will definitely be back.

The restaurant was very nice looking and clean, it was freezing cold inside though, to the point that we kept our jackets on. Bathrooms were clean and smelled nice. Waitress was great. Now for the food, the chicken tenders were good except one tender which was rubbery and dry and not like the others. The fries have an awesome seasoning but they are the battered type fries which are not our favorite but they were fine if you like that type of fry. Burger was mid, not bad but not the best and would not specifically come back for the burger. The charcuterie board was super disappointing, it didn’t look at all like the ones pictured in the reviews. The bread that came with it is some sort of a garlic bread crouton, it was rock hard and tasted like when you leave garlic bread out overnight and
